Covid19 epidemic affected the whole world, negatively affected the education sector as well as many other sectors. Distance education came to the fore when face-to-face trainings were not available. During the epidemic period, we aim to raise individuals with 21st century skills, who can turn the negative aspects of screen addiction into positive, gain digital skills, gain creativity, higher-level thinking skills, blend the skills they have acquired with science, mathematics and engineering fields, and produce what they think. In our project, we aim to increase the skills by addressing a topic every month. Coding, artificial intelligence, 3D design and modeling, mobile application and STEM activities are planned in our project.
Project activities are planned to be done face-to-face and with distance education due to the Covid19 epidemic.
Increasing the efficiency of the use of technology (web2) of students who have to stay at home during the pandemic process, to spend productive time with applications and activities that they can do at home to forget their psychological fatigue, develop their coding skills, reveal their imagination, and make them forget the pandemic process (coding, activities with Arduino sets). Combining the skills they have acquired in production with other disciplines (combining the activities they do with Arduino sets with other lessons and applications)
During the pandemic;
-To comprehend alternative ways of learning-
- to improve the level of using ICT for learning and teaching,
- to give target audience space and opportunity for personalized learning,
-to develop skills in various ICT tools and their use,
-to reduce STEM and digital skills gaps among project partners,
-to reduce gender gap in digital skills, strengthening the link between engineering and real life,
